Refund Policy

Transportation Insurance Brokers, Inc. (TIB) appreciates the trust you place in us when you purchase insurance from one of our companies, or make a payment on your policy via our web-site.

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds. Once the order or payment has been accomplished and insurance coverage is in force, your payment has been sent to your insurance carrier. Any inquiries on your policy payments would be done at the request of the policy holder, and must be done in writing to your designated customer service representative (CSR). All change requests resulting in return premiums and credits are calculated by your insurance company. TIB is given those figures and will contact you directly as to the manner the returns and credits will be handled.

(Note: all returns and credits issued on policies that are premium financed will be returned directly back to your finance company, and credited to your account and unpaid finance contract balance.)

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing or making payments via this web site.
